Beautifully done and very meaningful. It made me think of the importance of things we take for granted, of the vast differences between our modern life and that of our ancestors. It reminded me of the gratitude I have that night, does not mean darkness and a cessation of activity. I love your two images. The first, a light in the darkness, a light that could symbolize many of the lights that illuminate the dark places in our lives, whether they are physical or spiritual. In the second the light reflects off of the hand. We see the beauty of light through what it shines on. We see the beauty of people through the work of their hands. Their words, their art, their actions tell us of their heart. Excellent images and words!
