Description

We have all heard the phrase "into each day a little rain must fall." What the heck are these guys talking about? I think that they are talking about healing. Healing is kind of funny sometimes. Sometimes the thing that we want the least heals us the most. We can heal many things... relationships... feelings about the past... our life choices. Whatever it is that we wish to heal, it can and will happen when we are ready to release those old thoughts and bring in new ones. The key is to be open to our healing and allow ourselves to fully feel those stages of healing. Strange as it may sound, when we are ready to take that step towards healing, we sometimes have odd things show up in our lives. When this happens, it is a sign that we are ready for a change. When we are ready to release those old thoughts that no longer serve our highest good, they sometimes come at us out of no where. They've been hidden for so long that we no longer recognize them. The best thing that we can do when that happens is to say to ourselves: "Cancel, cancel, that is not the truth of who I am. I release this thought as it serves no purpose in my life right now." Once we give ourselves permission to let go, it is amazing how much brighter our lives will become. The saying 'out with the old... in with the new' is well worth pondering. So today... just for today... we shall allow ourselves to let go. We shall let go of the old... old thoughts... old believes... whatever that thing is. We shall allow it to leave our lives. Today... just for today... we shall create a vacuum for our new fortune to fill. Today... just for today... we shall honor the truth of our being. Today... just for today... we shall know that we are perfection made manifest. Today... just for today... we shall accept that truth of our being and know that we are wondrous. So the next time when we are feeling kind of funky and off center, we shall know that we are about to make a change in our lives... we are getting ready for a shift in our consciousness. We will go with the flow and know that only the best will come into our lives. Just remember: it's good, gooder and goodest. Yep... good just happens. Our thought for the day is: '"Once I accept things as they are, I can create things as they might be." Gayle O I wish you a day of laughter and may you know a peace in your life so grand that it will bring you a state of bliss beyond compare. © Gayle O Created with Apophysis 3D Hack 2.08. Post work was done in PSP7. I am absolutely mesmerized by the colors and light in all that I see in this piece. This piece embodies those qualities to the tenth degree. It has gentle rolling forms and is filled with movement. It really expresses the truth of our being. Your visits to my gallery mean so much to me. They bring sunshine to my valley of life and promises of a new tomorrow. I could not receive a better gift than the gifts that come from your hearts. Thank you for your comments on this image and my previous images. Each one is very special to me and will always be treasured and held close to my heart. I send a most heart felt thank you to those of you who have favored me as an artist or have favored one of my images. I also thank you for sharing your friendship and creativity with me. Each is like a beautiful gem unto itself and will adorn my valley of life from now to eternity. May your days be filled with laughter and your nights be filled with delight and may all of your dreams make themselves known to you. If you can conceive it, you can achieve it. Which center is real.... The one you see? Or the one you percieve? I think the white one is the one you see.. And the lighter blue is the one you percieve,,, And all the circles and wavy depths are the crossing paths of our lives. clbsmiley :)

Very beautiful! Reminds me of something I wrote long ago. It is all about the energy and the flow. The accepting and the letting go. It is the breathing in and breathing out. Feeling empty and feeling full. It is not about being happy. Nor is it meant to be sad. It is not about being good. Nor is it an excuse to be bad. It is life playing out about you in bright colors and dismal shades of gray. It is the finding and the losing and the journey along the way. It is the rising up and the falling down. The standing sill and turning around. It is the winter come and flowers end. It is the spring renewed when things begin. It is the clock that ticks upon the wall. It is the shadow that follows you down the hall. It is the tears and laughter and the songs you hum. It is about being and not trying to become.

It does seem true, when we are ready to make a change odd things happen to throw us off center, like a kind of test of our strength. Thanks for your words, that are always so special and uplifting, along with your stunning art. CC
