Description
This is my first new artwork since the Kamen Rider poster for my girlfriend. I wanted something simple so went for a portrait again.
Vic3 has Jingle Bells hair and a serafuku from I can't remember, sorry... been a while since I downloaded anything.
Anyway, whoever created the sailor uniform, thank you.
And thanks to everyone for their kind comments.

The hair is called Jingle Bells but I can't remember who it's by. It was in the freebie section for V4 I think... I'll try to find the link later.
