Description

Ultra Fractal 5.03. Five layers used, with the three formulas courtesy of Damien Jones (2), and Mark Townsend (the transformation). Possibly one of the ultimate endurance tests, this year's competition started in Rotterdam on the 3rd July, and is due to finish on the 25th with just two rest days to offer respite. There are twenty teams entered with up to 10-riders per team. This suggests something like one hundred and eighty cyclists fighting for road space. Thus crashes are a persistent threat, with the high speeds ensuring everything around is a blur and a constant tactical awareness needful. This year the UK is represented by a single team. Cliff.
