Description
After I learnt that the plant in my recent upload is a Bougainvillea (thanks to Tennesseecowgirl), here another view. Ar first, I thought these were dried off and fallen petals, but it appears the flower turns into a seedpod to be carried ayay by the wind. Some steps on these stairs were littered with them, but this one was lying solitary, waiting for the wind to carry it away.
