Description

We had the pleasure of going home to Charlotte NC last week to celebrate my son's birthday (July 4th) with him. We went downtown that night to see the fireworks and so I took my camera with me to see what I could come up with. I liked the way this pic turned out and thought I'd share. Hope everyone had a safe and Happy 4th! Thanks for past views and comments.

Nice shot! I think it looks more like white feathers, but I can see how it could pass for cattails as well.

This is gorgeous! I love the cattails, the capture of the variously sized bursts, and the cloudy lines and puffs at the bottom. Nice to see the stars, and the steaks of light and the cattails against the black sky.
