beautiful light and detail Peter, I love the depth in the scene, the soft fog and clouds and mountains in the background set a mood and scene nicely..... I am trying to start a trend here Peter.... when artists say that they welcome ...... "Both critical and non-critical comments" it annoys me that nobody ever offers their constructive opinions or critical comments. I know it is lovely to support newcomers or artists that are struggling and this I agree with.... but you are way beyond that.... My critical comment for what it is worth is that when you view the image two things standout, the skull on the staff and the white keyline around the image. Keylines are meant to pick out a colour from the scene to highlight it...say for instance - her glowing skin... this pure white several point thick one - glows and demands attention. With the animal skull, seeing as it is a prop and not the main subject I would have changed it's textures to a more muted tone just to dial it back a little. I am sure you know how to do this, but if you don't, please message me I would love to help. Now having said all of this, you are an outstanding artist and this is a beautiful image, no doubt and this long winded critique is about two very minor things....seriously minor I just want people to REALLY share rather than just say wow! please feel free to comment as I have done with any of my images this is how we grow! have a lovely day Carl
