Description
I spend a huge amount of time looking at pictures taken by telescopes of space. Hubble, Spitzer, any spectrum, any location. They inspire and daunt me both with their beauty, and the terribly powerful energies they represent. Like most fans of science fiction I spend a great deal of my time dreaming of traversing these exotic places, touching a bit of that magic myself. While I can't go there in person, I capture a tiny piece of that magic when I take up my computer and attempt to "fake" such marvelous scenes. "Someday," I tell myself, "people will see these things with unassisted eyes."
The radiations in places like this make that highly unlikely, but I'm dreaming of my own magic here, right?
This is an entirely fictional place, the stars came from Photoshop filters, the nebula came from combinations of filters and some pictures of clouds. Thanks for taking a look, and keep dreaming!
