Description
My main reason for snapping away at these cyclists was to practice my panning shots.
The top image was taken at F4 1/400sec.
The bottom image was taken at F11 1/125sec.
Both riders must have been traveling at around 30MPH
I cannot make up my mind which effect I prefer.
The top one is sharper, but the bottom one has more feel of movement. Depends on what you are after I suppose.

As a cyclist I love these! The faster shutter gave you more detail, but the slower gave you more of a feeling of movement! That doesn't help does it! I like them both. Either way, those bikes are worth a mint!

I like the lower one best, but his head is tilted too far down.

The top man looks as if he is really enjoying it! I think they are both great, but if I had to choose I'd say the bottom one.

Second one. The sense of motion is everything. The first one is just a guy on a bike. The second one is FAST! Since they're apparently racing ... go with fast! :)
