Description

SANTA SAYS: "Oof! How can something so soft be so heavy?" I usually celebrate Christmas In July on the 25th, but I'm hoping to have a series started by then and don't want to interrupt it. Strange, it's one of those faux holidays you used to hear about more often (in advertising, anyway) a long time ago. Not so much these days. I wonder what the origin of the phrase is... Shouldn't it be Christmas in August? That month has a real shortage of holidays.

Sounds like Santa needs to toughen up. You don't complain when the young ladies sit in your lap.

My friends used to have Christmas in July. He had a REAL tree in the back yard that he kept lights on all year. Christmas carols blaring, etc. The gift exchange was (intentionally) white elephant. Wrap up something you don't want and give it away. Unfortunately, they move to South Carolina. Good job.
