Narchi growled,"You don't need Jin's face any longer. I might strangle you for your answers! ONE more 'In a manner of speaking' might be your last! Also, it would make my friends friendlier to you." Kibo said,"Your friends reactions are irrelevant. I will judge YOU, not them. THE WEAPON evaluates it's user, but due to a tragedy earlier in human history... I have a veto power, in a manner of speaking." Narchi exclaimed,"ARRG! There you go again!" Phineas asked,"What tragedy? Was it something about the Tower of Babel or was it Atlantis? Or something else?" Kibo's eyes were flat black and filled with the look of someone who had killed thousands or more when she said,"How little you primates know your own history. I'll say, YES." Narchi asked,"WHY did Typhon fear the WEAPON'S power?" She sighed,"Because he could use it to it's uttermost ability as Celestial King of the Heavens. He feared his own desire to use it, because he was a thoughtful sentient." Narchi asked,"Who created it?" She smiled at him. The smile chilled him to the bone."It seems you already know." She suddenly started growing huge and her face changed. Narchi snapped his force sword into being and went into a defensive stance. She shrank to a her previous size. "Sorry. I'm not Druaga, and my shape-changing has some fluctuations in it. To answer the question in your mind, YES, I can read minds like Neon, including Hyperframed minds like you and your friends. It also seems I can break hearts with equal abandon as the woman in your mind." Measure blinked, and kept her eyes dry as dust as she turned from Phineas, her cheeks flushing red in shame of her horns. Phineas turned at where Kibo looked. He didn't need a road-map to that tragedy. He said,"Vivianne, or Miss Kibo, I would like to ask a little more about Atlantis..." Kibo snapped,"People in hell want cold water,too, don't they? She is a Naga, not some kind of mythical demon from some human manufactured religion. She's not a native to this Earth, unlike ME." Narchi asked, as Phineas walked over toward the Measure,"You aren't Druaga, nor human...what are you?" She shrugged,"Guardian, keeper of the lost times. One of the last of my species. We inhabited this world before the primates existed! We looked up and saw when the progenitors came down from space. Do you know the WEAPON? Why I cannot speak of it?" Narchi licked dry lips. "Is it the weapon that punished..." "YES. Do you really wish to finish that question so the others can hear it? I am not the only one who can read minds!" She looked intently at him. He asked in a voice like dry sand,"How can I block others from that?" She put forth the sword towards him. "Ask it to block your thoughts." Phineas asked Measure,"Are you alright? I think you are beautiful whether you have horns or not." She turned. "There is more to me than just horns," her voice failed her then. Narchi took 'Excalibur' from the Lady of the Lake. He hefted it. "It seems just a sword. I'm not getting any kind of feeling from it. Block my mind from telepathy. It's not doing anything." Kibo shrugged. She said,"It's blocking ME. I'd say it's doing SOMETHING." Narchi shrugged, "I can't walk around with this thing out." He went to stck it into his Hyper-space-storage device to no avail. "HEY! I can't stick it into my HSD!" She smiled. "You can't stack HSDs together by putting one inside another." He blinked and asked,"Is it holding it's real form, then?" She nodded,"All two thousand tons of itself." Neblae asked Narchi,"You know what it is? Who made it?" Narchi pulled his knife out of his jacket and held it in one hand and stared at the sword. It suddenly flowed like liquid mercury into the shape of a duplicate knife. Narchi dropped the original and slid the new blade into it's scabbard. He sighed,"Yes I do. Typhon was right to fear this weapon. I can't tell you what it is, but we HAVE heard of it before." --to be continued!--
