Joshua was walking across the Leather Room when Emerald stepped in front of him, blocking his way. Ro came up behind him with Bitty and Mala. "Joshua." Em said with a half smile. "We need to talk." "Am I in trouble?" He asked. "No. We just want to thank you for what you're doing for Gold." Ro told Kirk. "You don't have to do this you know." "Yes I do. From the moment I saw Matt yesterday, I knew he was trouble. And hey! Taking care of trouble is what I do best." "Well we're going to thank you for helping our sister." Bitty said, looking up at Joshua. She then ran to a table, followed by Mala. There they each took a box. One large, and one small. Mala gave Joshua hers, the larger one, first. "We heard that Peenk is taking you to her main store in the morning to buy you some clothes for your meeting with the Princess." Ro said in a tone that denoted pity. "Well, Peenk's designers are miracle makers when it comes to womens clothing. But they are terrible with mens. So the four of us went out today and got you something. I think you'll like it." Opening the box, Joshua's eyes grew. He lifted out a jacket and examnined it. Then he looked over the pants and boots. "Oh hell yeah!" He told the four. "I can wear this. This looks great." "We know." Bitty said with a grin on her face as she held her gift out. "Now take a look in this box." Joshua Kirk removed the lid and saw a belt, holster, and a very large blaster. "Jesus! That thing looks like it was made for a Wookiee." "That is the Montal Arms Type 42 blaster." Em nodded. "It was made for a Wookiee. I just had mother's arms master chop the handle so you could use it. That would break a normal man's arm. But I think you can handle it." Joshua inspected the weapon and nodded approvingly. "How can I repay you for this?" "You already have by helping our little sister." Emerald told him. "Ha!" Roma said with a laugh. "Speak for yourself Em. I want him to repay us. And he can do that by giving us baby." "Do what?" Joshua turned about, shocked. "Oh no! You need to talk to their sister about that. Peenk freaked when she found out about Kaleena, and has told me in no uncertain, that that raven haired cutie is the end. No more. I'm hers only." as if on cue, Peenk walked up with Baby, Ano, and Xin. "Listen." Peenk started. "While your off on this mission for mother, we're heading to the hospital. The doctors said Melee's stopped growing. And that they'll be ready to release her in a few hours. So by the time you get back, she'll be here. So get dressed and happy hunting." Peenk said before kissing him goodbye. "Uh, we gotta talk about something." Ro called after Peenk. "When We get back! In a hurry here." She said before running out the door. "You know, Em?" She said as she watched the four run out. "When I woke up this morning, I had one niece, Vendra. And an hour later, I find out that two girls that were like sisters to me are also my nieces. I don't know what to make of thet youngest one, Xin. That's an odd girl." Emerald stared at Roma for a second before replying. "I guess you've forgotten what you were like as a teen. You acted the same way when My mother took you in. Same for their mother." "Well, as much as I'd love to hang out with you lovely ladies." Kirk cut in. "But I've got to get dressed and do some hunting." "It would be nice to see Matt's head mounted on the wall." Em said with a large smile. Tomorrow, Joshua starts wearing non-freebie clothes. Yay!
