Description

This scene took a little time to put together. I was experimenting with shaders in DAZ Studio 3 and was pleased with the results. The original render was 6666x10000, since D|S has a max render size of 10000. I wanted the figure to be large enough for me to adequately perform post-work in Photoshop. Ash, smoke, and brandy in the snifter were all painted. Much of the added detail to the face, such as eyes and lips, can't be seen very well due to size constrictions. I can certainly appreciate the time you've spent placing all those little details into the scene, but it's that extra effort that really makes a scene believable to me. A lovely character in a cordial (he-he) pose, great atmosphere. Overall an excellent piece of work... 10 stars. My 5 year old rig here will only support up to 4100X4100 resolution renders and that's mighty big on my 24" widescreen as it is, I can't imagine one at 10k!
