Description
Shot at around midnight (23.30 hours to be exact), this is the special Summer light we can have in Iceland, which makes the reading of a map or a book something banal, for someone usually residing far from the Arctic circle. Please zoom !

Such a beautiful landscape! I'm speechless.... Fantastic image, as you've captured the vastness of what seems to be what I call an "eternal land". Gorgeous sky and terrain; so very peaceful and most inspiring.... such a tremendous and powerful charge to this image.... it really grabs you and holds you so delighfully!

Étonnante cette image: il fait encore jour à 23h30? Je constate qu'en suivant cette route, on est obligé de tourner à droite et ce virage donne du dynamisme à cette photo: on a l'impression d'être en perpétuel mouvement.
