A beauty. I'm jealous, I found a grasshopper in my garden today and it was a dirty brown colour and about the size of the head of your specimen.

What a specimen! What colors! I've seen interestingly colored grasshoppers, but none like this particular beauty! I love these insects; their faces are so nicely complicated and they're always so impeccably dressed! This is stunning in its clarity too...what a shot! This is going into my favorites just because it's so darn good!
