Description

Good Day to all ..thanks so much for your comments & favs on my photos this is one of 300 bird species that are located in an area of Toronto called the Leslie St Spit ...or Tommy Thompson Park ..its a man made peninsula 5 KM long on the outer side of the Toronto Islands ..I love it there and would stay forever if I could ..some of the birds are migratory .. there are 1000's of Corormants there and Great White Egrets .. their nesting areas are federally protected

Willya get a load of that pose! This is amazing! Terns are always so fascinating, and a bit amusing as well! They always remind me of guys wearing black hats: like they're all members of a not-so-secret secret society involved in...well...secret things, as exemplified by their black secret-society-hats. You're really captured a fantastic action/pre-action shot.
