Description
Over the years I have travelled many miles through England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland, and took lots of pictures of the beautiful castles I came across. But surprisingly, I never shot this one before and it is on my doorstep, well just three miles from my home. Hope you like it

Very picturesque. Know what you mean...we all tend to look at distant things and somewhat underestimate the value of what we have right under our noses. As a boy, my family lived 20 miles from the Empire State Building and the Statue of Liberty and the only time we'd ever go there was when we were entertaining out of town guests. This little castle makes a postcard like image. Mighty nice!
