Look up to see the 'fan-vaulted roof'. This is the earliest great fan-vaulting in England and possibly the finest.

Interesting blend of architecture - Romanesque arches, Gothic trifoil in windows, multicolumned pillars, very tall structure as related to width, and the fan-vaulted ceiling. When was it built? Thanks for the photo. Keep up the good work! :)
