Description
In a manor amidst a gargoyle garden
Lived a beautiful but strange fortune teller
When she looked at every lady's hand
She warned her of impending murder.
Soon ladies stopped coming for fortune's told
While gents came for destiny's chance
And she, this oracle, beautiful but cold,
Foretell them of love and sweet romance.
Dark moonless night, bats flit about
A gent knocked, a door opened with a creak,
Behind those walls, there is no doubt,
His time has ended when the night is bleak.
