Sorry about this recycle of a recycle :) I just needed to make this one with some better looking horses (DAZ Millenium Horse, which I got myself together and bought).

This is just stunning. The horses are perfect.. I find that the vue ones do tend to look kind of plastic... Well worth the added effort.

oh there is nothing wrong with doing repeats...actually I do enjoy seeing artist's upgrades from older versions to see how much they have improved their skills since then.. I do upgrade some of my works myself....anyways , nice new pair of horses, nice variations of grasses...

wow. the light and the scene are really photographic, and lovely to boot. actually the textures on the horses look better, but the horses themselves look much more unnatural. the manes and tails defy gravity, and their shapes are off (especially the buckskin one's chest and withers). they're much better lit, and their textures look great, but the model doesn't look like an improvement, actually. i absolutely love how you light leaves. it gives me that same yearning feeling real scenes like this give me.

Actually I am impressed when an artists goes back to adjust a creation to get just that much closer to their original vision. As I stated before, this reminds me of Va where I live and is an exceptional work in its overall realism. I'm particularly impressed with the overgrowth.

I think you should have kept this one for the e on competition, seen your entry which I rated in the top three!!! Not too sure ehich I'd pick as number one - another looks great but I find it hard to believe its pure vue, anyway best of luck
