hey gang, welcome back.thanks for your views and comments. just a quick visit today kinda got a lot to do this afternoon. today's piece is the silver surfer.i had something else in mind before i started it but i found the pose in my runtime and decided to see if i could do something cool with it. i discovered it wasn't quite as easy as it seemed. the chrome silver look was an awesome idea from the creator but lighting it to similate space was a whole new ball of gum. 20 lights shadow maps and 4.5 hour render time plus another hour of postwork was so worth the experiance. so much so that i ended up with about 4 different images after postwork. those i'll be postin on my deviant account sometime soon. so before i run off thanks again, *till the dragon flies again*,hugs and regards, lee
