Looks like a very nice place, trees, sun and water in the background with people. Could you possible explain which filters you used on this photograph (I assume this is a postworked photograph) or if you also do some sort of paintover? (Btw. do you know there is a gallery called Mixed Medium suited for images which is a mix of eg. photo, 2D and more. Your images might be better suited for this gallery than the 2D gallery here)
