Description

It is not everyday you find a queen engaged in loving on your lawn. I was trotting out to open up my greenhouse when I heared a strange pulsed buzzing. I went for my camera for a close up shot quickly, they where still there when I got back as you can see. I thought the Queens pose with her front legs wide apart and hanging on, was less then dignified. She did reach back to encourage her suitor to keep going with a pat and pull up from her middle legs which was just as charming. The male looks so much smaller and has quite different markings.
