This is a bit of an update. From humble beginnings my photography is steadily improving.I started out with a Kodak point and shoot camera and progressed to a Sony A-200 Digital SLR camera.Other equipment that i currently have is the following: Tamron 70-300mm lens. Marvelous! So if you look south, will you see Carin? The colors in this are simply amazing. For me, it's a bit difficult to get those violets and indigo sorts of colors, especially as reflections. That alone is amazing! This whole photo is so rich and moody. It reminds me of the opening shot in a movie, as the camera moves in to those lights across the water. Very dramatic! I love the compositional lines of this whole thing. It looks like the empty part of the lot in the foreground lines up perfectly with the road going off to the diagonal left...as if the two are connected and it's a nice surprise to feel myself drawn along that route. This is really amazing! Not surprising, considering the great stuff in your gallery, but still, it's amazing.
