Description
Thi waterwheel on Kefalonia used to be driven by a current of sea water from this point that went on halfway through and underneath the island. An earthquake in 1953 put a stop to that, and the wheel fell into disrepair, and whatever it used to drive went as well. Today there is a restaurant. I was pleased to see that someone made the effort to restore ther wheel, if only for decoration. The picture was nott too exciting colourwise, so I converted it to monochrome. What do you think?
