Description
This was taken in the canal basin in Skipton, Yorkshire which has been in the news this morning concerning a water shortage.
The cob swan was making sure that the canoe didn't get too close to his nine cygnets (picture posted a few weeks ago in my gallery).

It appears to me, as if the guy in the front of the canoe is a bit scared of the swan, raising his arms ? a classic image of an otherwise peaceful Sunday afternoon, enchanting look into your world, BB

Wonderful shot. Do they wear helmets to paddle in or is that in case the swan attacks?
