Description

Captured 2/13/10, early in the morning, about one quarter of a mile from my halcyon haunt. Significantly better viewed full size. Love the effects in this. All five fotos are my favorites. And, like you might want to take a shower after viewing this. Cough cough. Incidentally, this event happened during the middle of last February, so the weather wasn't as warm as some of you assumed from yesterday's posting. Sayonara, thankx for dropping by, and for any and all complimentary comments and faves.

Wonderful 5 high collage Harry. I hope it was a cool day for these guys. I've done all kinds of crazy jobs but don't think that I could have done this. Dana

Looks stinky! I'll bet the smell sticks to their hair and clothing at the end of the day. Couldn't pay me enough to do that job! Great captures of the silhouettes in the steam/smoke/haze.

3 is my favorite, but they are all wonderful! I like the way they are engulfed in #3, and the orange glow. Great highlighted lines of hot tar especially in # 2. I also like the way the guy is framed by the smoke, tree and shadows in #2. Excellent capture of the light streaming down in #4. I also see in that one a sign implying that these were taken February, a much better time to be out doing this kind of work. Yeah, a shower sounds good, and maybe a shot of my inhaler too! Terrific captures!
