I wouldn't be surprised to see a set of well-developed fangs if this one were to crack a smile. Ok, but only because you ask....I stick my neck out and give a constructive opinion. Your primary light source in the scene is from behind her and to the right, but the primary light that is shining on her is coming from the lower right. This does not compute. I would like to see her outlined in white light coming from behind her (use an infinite light), with a lower intensity pale tan flood fill spotlight from where you now have your strong white light. It would bump the realism, bump the drama but still put enough lite on her to clearly see her features. JMHO
