Description

Hello. My doc said if I want to improve my blood flow without medications I need to drink a glass of red wine every night. I almost called him nuts*. He is our family doc so he would of just smiled...lol Have a great day / nite...seeya (ps: *I have to re-wright this. I know about what a wine does to the body, my problem is I am a none drinker and the wine taste is not my kind for sure...lol.)

I've been on a nightly dose of red for some time. It does seem to have benefits...just stop at one. :-)

Love the postwork on this! I don't drink either (hate the taste) I have a friend that mixes her wine with grape juice, you should try that.

in the Bible I think it paul telling some people to drink a little wine for health and I do know of the health goods that grape juice have is wonderful but grape juice got a lot of sugar in it so use little also of that. I too am a none drinker

Australia has some lovely wines! If you decide to try it, you're in the right place. Of course if you don't like the taste to begin with, you won't like it no matter HOW good it is! Love the postwork ... makes me think I might have had one too many!

My great great grandpa made his own and lived to be over 100 so it can be too bad for you. very lovely picture try mixing your wine with some cherry juice to get rid of some of the alchoholic after taste.
