LOL - the child washed up before he/she ate! As a mother of many, that was my first impression. The second is that this is a lovely shot.

Great photo Lars. Funny thing.. if shooting something small to make it large is Macro Photography then is shooting a photo through a telescope considered Micro Photography? Or would using a wide angle lens be Micro Photography? I never understood that...lol. Anyway, the ice cream does look yummy.. Think I'll have some tonight. Bravo and best wishes from Dave :^)

MrsLubner: ha ha .. what an excellent observation :-) Thank you very much tennesseecowgirl: LOL davidoblad: Thank you very much Dave, that is a very interesting question that I actually dont know the answer to. Funny that you should say it because I also wondered about this when I started photography not long ago, but then just accepted that people called it Macro photography when close. I actually got my self a lense especially made for this kind of close up photography, and I noticed that the name of the lense is something with micro not macro: AF-S Micro Nikkor 105mm 1:2.8G ED lense. I never heard the word micro used for distance/zoom photography, threre people tend to talk about tele-lenses etc. Thank you!
