Description

Photography & Photoshop This is me, channeling the '70s. All kind of critics are welcome (I'm not sure the haircut is quite OK, but the dress is a genuine vintage office dress from 1974.) P.S. The photo was taken on 29 July 2010 :)

Hello. I like the wavy hair, and the rest. The sepia tone had me going even father back in time, and then I yanked back that it is trick. Please emphasize the pic is recent.

The 1970s vibe is strong in this, and I love the postwork. The background is really quite nice. I don't see it so much as vingage 70s, but it's successful and works quite well because it is nicely abstract, and there IS the reference to 1970's style wallpaper that the postwork DOES recall, but I like the fact that it is more abstract. It makes the image ageless, if that makes sense. The sepia tones are marvelous, and I'm quite curious to see how this might look if you'd be interested in the shot in color, but with the contrast and intensity tweaked to look like a 1970s era Polaroid photo! Ah, but that's just me...I like to play around and doing that might be fun for you too. You do great self portraits and the sepia toning is perfect in this, in my opinion.

This is really nice, I see like early 40's not 70's but it is still a really nice job
