I like this one best of your first two though they are both respectable beginnings. It looks like your background image was a bit small so it pixelated in the render. Clothes look pretty good. Pose isn't bad either except for maybe the leg on the left and who can really tell? IMO, it needs a trace of postwork to smudge the areas that didn't quite conform and the ridges of the mesh, but I'd be proud of it.
