ok i think the bottom of this looks weird. what should i do to improve it?

Nice, I like the top half & the lightening - you're right about the skirt - it doesn't look right with the top half of her - but it only seems to be the bottom of the skirt, can u try a different skirt? or maybe just shorter or levelled out at the bottom, or lower on the waist/hips? The wings are nice, I wouldn't mind seeing her without them in a different pic too. Overall very nice pic - keep it up.
