now this isn't perfect because I did it hand held but I think it came out ok :D
I got a new camera the other day and it is pretty cool I must say. Its the olympus sp 800uz which is not an slr but it has a 30 x optical zoom and a lot of cool functions such as creating panoramic images right in the camera.
there are 4 filters that you can apply while shooting with the camera too ..such as pop art, pinhole, fisheye and drawing. the drawing mode turns everything into a black and white drawing..too cool.
lots of scene modes and even though it doesn't have full manual controls you can override the settings on several of the modes.
only thing I am not that happy with is the fact there's no viewfinder but other then that I love it.
the photo above I took yesterday while on my lunch break at a park named stephen juba park which is walking distance from work.

Great image, i've been to that park before. i live in Swan River so dont get to winnipeg more than 3 or 4 times a year but there are many many areas that are truly photogenic. Thank you for sharing it.
