Description

The longer I have Barney, the more convinced I am that inside that 3 year old head, is a 6 month old brain! He is, truth be told, completely and utterly mental! A typical outing with him means - why walk through a door when you can jump through a window; why pick up a small stick when you can grab a root from a still growing tree and endeavour to run with it; and scarier of all - why look over the wall you are about to jump when you will find out what's there when you land anyway - assuming there IS something there of course! I'd not swap that hound for all the green tea in the world - and I'll have you know, I love my green tea! He might be happy he found me, but I am doubly so I found him. Scatty he is, but his character is just as entertaining as it could be, and there is never a dull moment. (I am fairly pleased though he's insured!!! ^=^) Thank you for taking the time to look. ^=^

What a cute picture, and I can totally understand how you feel about him. You are both very lucky.

The one with the waggly tail? Your friend is there to fill a void in life that most will never know exists. Super bit of memory to hold onto. Well captured!

What would life be without dogs? Very boring and incomplete!!! Great to see a happy dog, being allowed to be a dog. Looks like he's smiling while being "king of the castle". Great shot! :)

LOL at your description of Barney... we just got a puppy too, and its been since I was a child that I have had a dog as a pet, and it has been so much fun they sure can bring lots of smiles and enjoyment. Love the photo.

A dog after my own heart! Why be sedate and normal when you can be fun? What a shot too! I love the sight of him jumping through that space of a window. Lucky there's no glass! I love the stone-work too! I really love a good bit of stone work. There's just something about it that triggers an atavistic response in me. This is such a marvelous shot!
