"Daelius, oh! Why do you continue to indulge Pysche's desire to partake in manly past times?!" Helena huffed as she approached the duo. Psyche smirked , "Manly past times? I am sure Diana the Huntress would find that comment most interesting!" Helena shook her head at her fiery sibling, "You see, Daelius, you see what happens. Now she compares herself to a goddess--very little wonder we were not stricken where we stand for such insolence." Daelius smiled at is older sister, his patience only matched by Psyche's rising anger. Why did Helena have to stick her nose in matters that had nothing to do with her! "Sister, it was father's dying wish that Psyche continue to study archery, a craft they loved and shared. She has a gift for it and is as good, if not better, than any man in this realm. Father wanted this cause he saw in her a light that is not to squelched. Psyche is special." Helena harrumphed, squinting her eyes at them, "Well, at some point she will have to grow up! Assuredly it is nice to believe that one can pursue ones own whims, but when we decide to become true Citizens, we have to put aside foolish notions for the greater good." Psyche finally had enough and whirled on the interloper, "Just because you married a tyrant who barely allows you to speak or think for yourself doesn't mean that has to be my fate!" Helena colored, backed off then stormed away in a huff. Psyche finally let loose her bow ignoring Daelius chastising look... If Helena felt she could speak of life's little truths--why couldn't she...?
