Description

The Natural History Museum in London. All the people looking like ants against this dinosaur skeleton. One skeleton said to the other, 'If I had any guts I'd get out of here'! Lol.

If I could go back in time, the age of the dinosaurs is the time I'd aim for. It must have been a spectacular time! I love the POV - and your joke is very funny - no, really! I laughed so much I almost - well actually, I didn't. But it did make me smile and remember the jokes of Tommy Trinder and anyone who can make me smile is a true winner in my book! So - thank you for both the image and the smile. ^=^

The number of kids that have drooled over that dinosaur over the years. Nice panoramic shot Jeff.

First visited the Nat Hist just after the war, when London still had its trams. It was a grand day out when a schoolboy - plus the Geological Museum and other South Kensington places. And then took my son in the seventies to see all the same wonders. From which days there are some plastic dinosaurs in the attic, and an Egyptian cat or two ... Great camera angle!

That was a busy day! Would be cool to see what a little extra movement would do to the photo - the dinosaur still on its plynth immortalised while the "ants" go about their business...

Very well composed photo - you got my cousin's bones and the great architecture of the place. Brings back memories from the American Museum of Natural History in New York back in the 1950s. I still have my plastic brontosaurus, triceratops and chronosaurus from then, have always stood on my night stand since then (but I stopped kissing them good night a looonnnng time ago, somewheres in the late Triassic!). Keep up the good work! :)

Wonderful combination of beautiful architecture, lots of school kids and very big assortment of bones! Excellent perspective. The dinosaur room was always my favorite at the Museum of Natural History in New York City. Those gutless skeletons stayed put too.
