Description

Week 3's vegetable is Thai eggplant. And the reason week 3 comes after week 4 is because this kind of eggplant turns brown very easily. And I take photos only with natural light. So I have to carve everything new so I can take photos. That's the best I can do to protect them from turning really brown - by putting them in cold water with vinegar, salt and ice. Pattern from left above; Maliwan (some kind of jasmine flower), Karawek (can't really find the name in English) Star flowers in different styles Enjoy! :-)
