Nice work on the base head I think a like winding would help the strings stay tuned!

Looks very good. Speaking as a bass player myself; I have to agree with Nick. A few "windings" would make this look a bit more realistic. I also tend to have a bit 0' wire sticking out from my machine heads both as a defensive weapon from rowdy moshers and a place to impale my ciggy. ;-)
