Description

I received permission from Simon Atkinson a well know designer illustrator from the UK one of the actual designers of the hand drawn designs of the space ship the "Discovery" from the movie and novel "2001 Space Odyssey" and "Blake 7",this is when models were actually constructed on a large scale for you younger folk . Anyway special permission was granted to recreate his concept model called "Freedom" from paper to CGI with my own flair , i believe the concept was for a proposed TV pilot in the 70s that never aired . Modeled in Modo and Cinema 4D rendered in AR3 Cinemas advanced render module. I have been a fan of this guys illustrations and model making for some time now.
