She has a dreamy, far-away look upon her face. I am not surpised at all that something distracted her from the original inspiration. It's like sometimes you think it is going to rain and you take an umbrella with you only to find yourself getting odd looks for walking around in the shade on a beautiful sunny day. :-) This seems to be her experience.
