Description

Flyboy next to his baby, The Bountiful Betty. This was a commission piece for an original character/hero from the WWII Era. Thanks for the look and all the previous comments. Parts of the Pilot suit are from ADH3D here at RMP. The Mustang is also from RMP. The jacket is 4 different jackets combined to get the look I was after. Both jackets from the pilot suit, MOS Ranger over shirt, and the jacket from Hardcore by Utilize. Oh and a bit of pixle pushing in PS, we maybe more than a bit.

WOW! There's that nice plane again. I like the close-up. Nice posing of the pilot Roy. The cigar is a nice touch too. I can't figure out what is to the right of the pilot though - looks like it's hanging down from the landing gear bay but I'm not sure. Excellent scene Roy.

Another fantastic render, Roy! This is great! You know, that pilot - with the cigar, and the expression on his face - reminds me of John Belushi's pilot character in the movie '1941.' He didn't fly a Mustang, though - this guy has reason to be excited!

I love the cocky flyboy look (they all have it) and you've captured it perfectly. Excellent work on the jacket and the POV is perfect as is the lighting. I guess to wrap it all up, I love the scene and everything about it. Superb job.
