My name is Ursula and I live in the southeast of Bavaria (Germany) together with my husband and our little White West Highland Terrier called 'Ruebe'.ÂÂ
I am born in nineteenhundredfourtyseven. ÂÂ
ÂÂ
Reading, art, gardening, collecting stones, my house and taking photos are my passion. Certainly I have forgotten something....
ÂÂ
I love nature and above all the "invisibles" which become visible only by Macro photography. Very briefly, I am curious! And I also always like to know what I have taken a photo of.
ÂÂ
I am  very grateful to my son Adrian  (  January Gallery of the Month 2009   - Chaos 911 )      that he left me his 'old' camera. Moreover, you owe it to him that you can see here my pictures. He has encouraged to me to join RR.
ÂÂ
A lot of fun while looking at my "small world"!
ÂÂ
ÂÂ
If not differently mentions, are all photos from my garden.....

I love these little critters! They're gorgeous! I love the color, especially of the reptile himself, and the contrast between light and darkness. What a marvelous specimen of true, natural beauty, and as always, you capture natural beauty with natural ease! This is quite a wonderful photo of a wonderful creature. I wish they lived in Chicago...but unfortunately, the only cold-blooded creatures we have here are politicians! I much prefer these kind!

Good looking little fellow and a stunning capture!!! We have a lot of little lizards here, but the ones around the house are very shy. I think it's the neighbors cat that makes them so afraid.

with all those bugs you have, no wonder.must be like a buffet for photographers such as yourself and lizards!!

The colours couldnt have been more apt if they had come from an artists palette. A beautiful picture.

My garden is unsuitable for Sand Lizards but there are many on the cliff, and also on the Heath before the fires. A really lovely shot!

you captured him in a fantastic position and lighting !

A fantastic close-up, and amazing one, knowing how hard it is to shoot one of these little creatures !A top-notch photograph indeed.
