Description

It's been while since I have done any Fantasy Art since I've been on a Sci-fi kick of late, so I figured I'd give it a go. Inspired in part by the Age of Conan Game concept Art. love the clouds and dust, the paint on the rhino, and all the elements you brought together. the pose is good, and the colors work great. the composition is a little static for what seems to be a fairly dynamic scene. the main lines (horizon, spear, her body, the orientation of the rhino's body) are fairly straight and the main figure is centered. if either the angle, the position, or both changed, it would have a little more dynamism. overall, though, it's a great tribute to traditional sword and sorcery fantasy. even the style of the background fits illustration from the 50's and 60's.
