Description
A whole field of lavender at McEvoy Olive Ranch. Olives and lavender make a nice combo in their landscape! I ended up with 3 baby olive trees, and excited at the idea of curing, pressing and eating them .. in a few years.

I never had the patience to cure olives to eat. :-) But I have lavender growing and I love drying it and putting it in the house. Lovely shot.
