Description
The Green-Underside Blue (Glaucopsyche alexis) is a butterfly of the Lycaenidae family. It is found in Europe.
The butterfly flies from April to July depending on the location.
The licenidi belong to one of the most beautiful family of moths, generally small and medium-sized and brightly colored. Butterflies are unlikely to go unnoticed because of the color blue or gold. Dimorphism is very pronounced, the male and female have different colors, the undersides of the wings is very different from the top, and often have a camouflage with the environment in which they live (spotted with small dark spots and orange design). Lay on the grass with folded wings is often almost impossible to locate. Just walking on the lawns and grassy areas can appreciate its beauty, when to step rise in flight, showing the colors and shades of their wings. Usually the male is to be the most colorful, presenting a wide range of shades of blue than the color of the females that appear brown or pale colors
Good day and good weekend

A blue moth, I have never seen one. One thinks a moths not as beautiful as butterflies but I see they are just as lovely. A wonderful shot!
