Description

Andrea posted a foto earlier today and told us to have some fun with it, so I did!! Annabelle’s Dream She awoke to a strange sound, her heart racing and her pulse pounding. Lying there, she wondered if it was a dream, or was there really something in her living room? After a moment of careful listening, she heard it again. “Ok”, she said to herself, “I have to get up and see what this is.” Grabbing the first thing that came to hand, the book she’d been reading, she quietly got up and padded out of her room. As she walked into the living room, she was startled to see a stork standing there, watching her every step. “Now I know I’m dreaming”, she thought. “A STORK????? In my living room??? WTF?????” The light from her bedroom lamp shone upon this bird, giving it an unearthly feel, as if the very fact of it being there wasn’t unearthly enough!! The bird looked at her as though he knew her well, and then it really got weird. He SPOKE to her. “Hello, I’m George”. “I’m Annabelle. Why are you here and what do you want?” “Well”, said George, “I have a little surprise for you”. And with that, he dropped a soft little bundle into her arms. She gasped, “OMG, it’s a baby!!!” She looked up to ask what in the world was going on. But George was gone. All that was left was this precious little bundle of love. It was a little girl, so of course Annabelle named her Georgette. They lived happily ever after. Who said storks don’t bring babies????

The length of this tale is so perfect for a fairy tale...and a fairy tale with a stork named George! How perfect! I love the story. Feel free to continue it; I can see a whole Anabelle series. Hmmm...I like that idea.

Hilarious! I love it! I'll tell you what, that's the way to do it and keep your figure. Annabelle must be an American size 6!!

And I had never believed those "stork" stories. Now I have to reconsider. Dana
