This is definately looking better. I don't often look closely at bees due to the obvious risks. But I'm pretty sure they're not quite as hairy as this. It might be that there should be a mix of black and yellow hairs.

Oh no, bees are this fuzzy and that's what makes this bee so impressive--I had no idea Max could make fur that well! A very fine bee indeed!

I used the "shaghair"-plugin (Digimation) for the fur und hairs.

Very very nice. Some bees are real fuzzy others not so fuzzy. Either way this is one fine image :)
