Nice picture. Her pose indicates a rather strong wind. Then the movement of her hair and dress seems not to be strong enough. The wind is strong enough to move her handbag, so it must have a far stronger effect on her dress and on her hair, both of which are easier to move than the bag. Even her earring should be moved by the wind.
