Description
I LOVE eccentric people because that is my species:) My good friend Dick is an extreme hoarder and keeps his could-be gorgeous old home like crap. But he is also a brilliant intellectual and literary genious. He often comes to my way over-cluttered house to play Trivial Pursuit with me and thinks my house is all cool and cleanish. All in perspective....:) He's also 72 years old with a full head of beautiful Irish locks and is quite handsome and definitely intrigueing! This is the view into his second story weirdie window:)

I love this window--and people like Dick appeal to me greatly. Even though his house sounds a bit out of control, he's the kind of person who loves life and doesn't really care what people think of him. Lucky for you both you are friends!1

This fellow seems to appeal to all your fans. "Full head of beautiful Irish locks . . . ." Perhaps even I would like him. I sure dig your photo!

I have been called crazy and nutty most of my life. Now that I am over 50, I have politely asked that the term be changed to eccentric. I like the sound of that. :-) Wonderful window. I had my window broken out or the front of the house when I lived in a substandard housing neighborhood and the landlord did not want to invest in new window glass so we boarded the windows with plywood. Sort of an abandoned house look. So I painted them outside with a light grey and then painted "shadow cats" in various poses so it looked like cats were on the sills inside. That looked much better so when they gangs ended up breaking out my attic window, I did the same thing only I painted the shadow of a young girl looking out. That got everyone's attention. But then, I was always painting shadow people on the inside of the backyard fence and the interior walls with forests and meadows...just to make me feel like I wasn't really living in a terrifying neighborhood. My daughter begged me not to paint anything on walls, windows or fences when we moved to this new and better neighborhood a few years ago and I've been pretty good about it...but I miss the freedom of expression. LOL
